About the Meadowview Knolls Community

The Meadowview Knolls Homeowners Association is a unique community made up of six individual sub-associations or “neighborhoods”. To help Agents and prospective home buyers understand how our various neighborhoods are connected, the Board of Directors of the Meadowview Knolls Homeowners Association thought it might be helpful to review how our community is structured and governed.

Construction of The Meadowview Knolls community began in 1985 starting with the Meadowlands Townhomes followed by five more sub-associations or neighborhoods. The completed community consists of six homeowner sub-associations totaling 141 homes. The master association is Meadowview Knolls and is governed by a volunteer board of directors composed of representatives of each of the sub-associations.  Each of the sub-associations has its own volunteer board of directors and its own bylaws.  Three of the sub-associations are made up of single-family homes; Skyline Drive/Morgan Lane (27 homes), Newbury Lane (11 homes), and Summit Court (Summit Ridge Drive - 7 homes).  Three of the sub-associations are condominium homes; Meadowlands (36 townhomes), Stonehouse Commons (34 townhomes), and Summit Ridge (26 townhomes). All sub-associations and the master association must comply with New Hampshire Condominium law.

The Meadowview Knolls board is responsible for oversight of the pool and parking lot, the clubhouse, the common open areas, and issues that impact the common good.  Each homeowner must pay an annual fee for the maintenance of the pool, clubhouse and common land, regardless of whether or not they use the amenities.  There is no additional cost to homeowners for the use of the amenities. Each household is sent a bill via email twice each year (once in March and once in September) for the maintenance of these facilities and properties.  Each year the Board approves a budget for the maintenance of the property and presents the budget to the homeowners at the Annual Meeting for discussion and ratification.
